We are not responsible for pricing errors made by a supplier or for currency conversion differences applied by a supplier's payment processor.
Many offers displayed through our comparison engine include free cancellation up to a set window before pickup, and most bookings receive instant confirmation from the supplier. However, cancellation windows, no-show policies and amendment fees vary by supplier and by rate type, and are stated on the offer before you confirm. Across all four destinations we cover, a valid US or Canadian driver's licence is generally accepted and an International Driving Permit is not required. Most suppliers rent from age 21, with an additional young-driver fee commonly applied under 25. Exact age limits, licence-holding periods and document requirements are set by each individual supplier and displayed on their offer - it is your responsibility to check these details and to arrive at pickup with the required documents, a valid credit card in the lead driver's name, and any deposit funds the supplier specifies.
Renters are responsible for operating any rented vehicle safely and in accordance with local law. This includes driving on the correct side of the road for the destination - the left in Jamaica and Barbados, the right in Curacao and Punta Cana - respecting local speed limits, checkpoints and parking rules, and adjusting for local conditions such as unlit rural roads, roundabouts, unpaved beach access tracks or seasonal weather.
